Notice how much enjoyment is already possible in the simple things in your life. The more you notice how much you enjoy little things, the more you will realize that it doesn't get any better, really. You always only have this moment, and every moment has an equal potential for enjoyment, no matter what is happening. Enjoying life is really a matter of choosing to not want something other than what you've got. When you stop desiring something more or better, you can begin to enjoy what you have right now.

All the clarity and obscurations, whatever might be present, are still registered in the doubtless presence of awareness that takes in both. The metaphor of the sun is apt. From the position of the sun, there is no rising and setting at all. The seeming coming and going of clarity is only generated by a bit of focus on the changing content. Your being is the changeless sun of pure awareness. That is even what is letting you know that obscuration is present!

Truth or Reality is itself a concept. When you are in the truth or in deep sleep, which is only a pale reflection of the real, in that state of deep sleep is the Truth. And in that Truth there is no experience. In the waking state, the state of deep sleep is a concept. In deep sleep it is the Truth. But the moment you think of Reality, the moment you think Subject, the moment you think of the Absolute, the moment you think of the Truth, it is a concept. It is only when the thinking totally stops that Truth exists.

Obedience is a powerful solvent of all desires and fears."
